DIY Drum shell overhauling

Hellow po, dito po mag share po tayo ng mga restoration and overhauling ng ating mga drum shells 

2 bass drum shells
cut one to be used as a merging ply
glue it together by "stickwell"
the nailed inside out
polished smoothen by a filler "pollytup"
sanding sanding and sanding
for the toms, re-arrange the holes, vernier caliper is a must and a accurate drill
fill and smooth remaining holes
wrap, make sure the bearing edges is free from wrap
i use some vinyl wrap for motorcycles
assembling hardwares , tuning

eto dugtong with router gamit straight bit. strong bond even without glue basta tight fit.
