2 put some articles in your websites, there are  free article directories that lets you post free articles in your website but with the author links

When we were joining contests before, some of the tactics are:

Kapalan ng mukha for exchange links.*
Put relevant articles (for target results).
Update your site regularly. (dito ako sablay ngayon)
Spam your friend list/circles to visit your site.
Create other sites that will link to your main site.*

* Be sure that your target keyword will link to your site, example:
