anyone here into isis or pelican?

i just like their stuff.   heavy drum and guitar stuff...  anyone playing their songs? any tabs / sheet music? (.... dreaming of being able to play their songs )

i listen to isis.. heavy drums talaga.. he kinda reminds me a little bit of danny carey.. with the snare wires off and really low and big sounding drums.. awesome...


saw them live last august nag-open sila para sa tool..
hindi masyado maganda yung sound system medyo mahina yung drums.. yung vocals mahina rin but i know ganun talaga mga songs nila kahit sa mga cd's nila mahina almost parang background lang yung vocals.. pero kahit na ganun, ok na ok pa rin..

and through them that i discovered my new favorite band, AEREOGRAMME.

check them out too. meron silang "in the fishtank" cd with ISIS. it's not a split single or EP but rather both bands actually collaborated on some some songs together. ang galing...

nag-remix yata dun si mike patton or guest musician siya, di ko alam. wala pa ako kopya eh. pero sa tracklist pa lang ang lupit na...

hindi ko pa naririnig yon. Ang narinig ko lang ay yung oceanic remixes pero mas gusto ko yung oceanic mismo. Astig din yung sawblade EP nila, may black sabbath and godflesh covers. lupit ng palo. yung sawblade astig talaga.
