run from office(ortigas) to diliman, a good 7k run ata. then gym for an hour tops doing squats, thrusters and presses.
mejo nagkaka porma na katawan, kaso andun pa din mga fats. since im 200 lbs still, di pa kita ang abs, pero defined naman na at wala ako tyan.
kailangan na ata ako magbawas talaga ng kain.
best thing about what im doing, which is minimal dieting and just eat big when i workout is that i feel strong and fast.
i just need to be ready for summer.haha. kasi xmas season so kain season din,ill just eat mor eprotein sa handaan. less rice.
im doing jiu jitsu and muay on the side pero di naman lagi,once a week. mostly crossfit(ako lang, no gym) and hiit exercises.
