About Low-balling
« on: March 27, 2010, 12:23:34 PM »
Good day sa mga PhilMusic people

Quote from: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Low-ball

The low-ball is a persuasion and selling technique that works by first gaining commitment to an idea
or item at a lower cost than you actually intend to charge,
then, using the fact that people will behave
consistently with their earlier commitments you
raise the price.

  • Bigla mo itataas yung presyo;
  • Reveal mo yung hidden fees (shipping, merienda, sagot pamasahe);
  • May ding, unwanted mod, o defect yung item; etc.

Tapos kinontak mo yung seller to reserve the item and sked a meetup.
Tapos on the way papuntang meetup, bigla ka magtetext na 3k lang nadala mong pera.

Tawad equals Low Ball?
pa namang commitment, at negotiable yung price, mukhang wala namang mali

Regards PhilMusic
Happy GASsing!

P.S.
To the Mods, tama po ba pinaglagyan kong forum?
