i suggest you try it. may result talaga provided that you really follow what he does. may mga na-introduce syang workouts sakin na nung nakita nung ibang nasa gym ginawa na din nila kasi may effect talaga.

galing ako sa 140lbs hehe 5'8"

as in patpatin ako dati, then nag gym ako

may program naman then nag bulk ako,

2014 natigil buhat ko

na focus ako sa kain inom kain inom dahil sobrang busy sa work

so ayun 200lbs nako :-(

e BMI ko 162lbs lang dapat

pero ngayon maluwag na ulit time ko kaya try ko pumasyal sa bakalan ulit.

kaya ko natanong, max ko sa gym dati laging 2 hours dahil di ako makapag super set at daming machines.

basta advice ko sayo pre, 1.5 hours and thats it. dont stay too long and dont find ways to hit all the workouts that you have scheduled for that day. pag di kaya, bitaw na. 3 workouts for one muscle group and 2-3 for the secondary is enough.

shoulders ang pinakamadaming program na alam ko hehehe then may traps pa hahaha (dito usually nauubos ang oras ko) pero sa ibang program i think kaya ko 1.5 hrs.

pwede mo naman ihalo sa legs day mo yan. 4 workouts pwede na yan e. tsaka wag ka na mag isolated exercise sa traps, tatamaan mo din yan sa ibang workout. sinabi ko dati iiwasan ko traps workouts dahil ayoko magmukang Taguro pero nung time na banat na banat ako sa gym sya yung pinaka maagang nagpakita ng pagkorte.

yung mga press mo redundant. kung gusto mo mag dumbell press ka tapos isundot mo every set yung side lateral raises with weights na hindi lalagpas ng 10lbs tapos rest ka at prep for next set. tapos front raise sa next set.

yung dips, kung naka machine ka, mas maganda syang finishing exercise kung chest/triceps ang naka program sayo that day. kung nabugbog mo maigi sarili sa mga workouts, pagdating mo dyan di ka na aabot ng 6 reps ayawan na hahaha

plano ko lang magka laman.. from 53kgs last dec now I'm at 60-61kgs  :-D
More protein and kain lang ng tama sa oras.. no carbs 3 hours before bedtime.. gatas every morning and before bedtime..
kaso.. kinakabag ako.. sabi nila dahil daw sa protein..
and lumalaki chan ko..  :-o

dont wanna sound smart or expert here

pero sabi nung nutritionist and internal med ko ( i need them kasi nag me-maintenance nako)

balanced diet ang malayo sa risk ng kahit na ano mang complication

yung mga programn na HIGH PROTEIN LOW CARB DIET usually may kakambal na side effects

even yung mga Mr.Philippines na napanood ko dati , ang diet nila e kung high carb dapat high protein din ang ka pair

what i have witnessed in the gym --->

diet 1. plain spaghetti noodles + hard boiled eggs
diet 2. plain spaghetti noodles + broccoli in white sauce
diet 3. white bread + daing na bangus
diet 4. unsalted mixed veggies + kwekkwek + white bread

etcetera hehehe  low fat lahat yan.

ang point ko lang, pag di balanced diet yan usually ang may effect na constipation, gastritis, dispepsia, migraine, vertigo, indigestion etc.

once in awhile siguro pwede mag boost ng protein kung target mo mag BULK UP but not regularly.

tandaan LAHAT NG SOBRA NAKASASAMA.  :)

Here's my program before, effective pero hindi ko na na maintain mula nung naging patayan ang work schedule)

Every Morning workout ako kasi mas buo yung lakas.

Monday and Thursday only
10 min Stretching
60 min Jog, constant speed, para hindi maubos lakas
10 min na pasada sa sets, magagaan lahat ng weight
45 min na pasada sa sets, usual weight
Rest a while then diretso shower, make sure the temperature of the water is the same as your body

Monday - Chest / Shoulders / Triceps
Thursday - Back / Biceps / Legs

Mas prefer ko ang 2 times a week lang sa gym then full force, dahil na rin siguro sa busy na time. Para na rin my time mag heal yung napunit na muscles.

Diet, usual servings of food (to prevent deprivation), but with additional naked soya milk as protein.

Started not eating egg yolk and chicken skin. While I was removing the skin from fried chicken on my dinner earlier, the only thing that keeps screaming in my head is...

Im doing cardio and plyometric exercises this past 3 weeks.. im 71kg at gusto kong magbawas until 63kg. 3 weeks na wala pang nabawas.talagang consistent at 71...

Alam ko ang dahilan, ang diet ko... hindi ko lang talaga mapigilan hindi kumain....haha

Kudos to you guys na sobrang strict sa disiplina sa sarili.

I know bro.. yun nga eh.. alam kong yun ang dapat pero hirap magawa..haha

sabi nga "have breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, then dinner like a beggar". habang patagal pabawas ang intake. tama ba?

pero sakin baligtad eh. Although, light lang duty ko, ewan ko ba bakit gutom na gutom ako pagkaoff ko mula sa work...hahaha

True. Yung balat nga ng mga fried chicken tinatanggal ko na. Although pag on the go ako, bumibili ako sa KFC. California Maki Twister, no mayo. Try niyo.

gawa ka na lang sa bahay para baunin mo. wheat wraps, breast fillet at puro gulay to serve as fillers. a little salt and pepper to taste kahit sinasabi nilang iwasan mo ang salt(sodium), ok lang. di ka naman magko-compete sa Mr Olympia di ba?

Expert ako sa pag gain ng weight. Kasi kahit weight loss ang goal ko nag gagain pa rin ako. Haha. JK. Anyway, mas maganda sir ang natural, hanggat maari iwas sa mga processed (although ang soya milk ay maituturing na processed, lesser evil pa rin siya compare sa mga supplements sa market). More carbohydrates and protein intake to have a bunch of energy for work outs and to build muscles. Mahal din mga supplements, so better use the money to buy natural food than supplements.

Don't forget to have cardio, to burn fat pa rin, para kahit mag gain hindi ka rin mag gain masyado ng fat.

creatine works. it bulks you up, retains important nutrients your muscle needs when you lift and helps you stay in the gym longer.

yung powder form pinaka effective at mabilis. wala ng loading phase na kailangan. i used to take ONs micronized crea caps(2.5 grams each). pag loading phase, you have to swallow about 8 caps per day(5 grams per single take, before meals x 4) for seven days kahit walang workout. thats the loading phase. yung sunod na weeks maintain mo ng 5 grams na lang before workout.

meron ding mga whey powders na may micronized creatine na kasama. havent tried them though, mayaman ako noon and i chose to separate my supplements. yung kitchen rack namin noon parang botika sa dami ng supplements haha
