Title: Forum Profile Signature Issues *merged*

napapaliit pa ba yung pic na ikakabit mo sa signature? medjo malaki yung akin,nakakahiya naman kasi im consuming too much space...ata. tulong naman jan mga repa....thank you! :shock:

papalitan yung picture? photobucket gamit ko, dun maliit naman yung pic pero pag nilipat ko na dito, lumalake... :(

click mo un file.. then open (tpos upload mo ung pic).. then click image.. tpos image size.. un na type mo na ung size na gus2 mo :-D

@sir KitC, ok... so image sizes were abused... ummm, afaik, there's this image size limit for signatures.... invision boards has that function.... how about SMF?? never tried it though i once experimented with invision free boards....

Also, question about sa classified ads since nalilito po ako ng konti.

Kung ibebenta ko po whole rig ko *amp, guitar, mfx and the whole lot* i seseperate ko pa po ba sya ng post *like hinted?* or in one post nalang po lahat although I 'think' na kelangan pa pong i-separate, tama po ba..? :?

Images in sigs used to be non-existent due html tags being disabled in the signature field. However, this limitation was magically (unintentionally?) removed after the server rebuild last September. I don't think the mods have addressed whether it's allowed or not yet, although I see a lot of users with images in their sigs, and grossly enlarged avatar pictures.

As for the classifieds, it's generally good practice to streamline all your wares into one topic, updating it as necessary since the system allows for thread title and post changes naman. Besides, mods usually (at least, over in the Drums and Percs classifieds) merge/delete posts as necessary, to relieve stress on the server.

Spambots in particular have evolved to adding links in their sigs so think of this as a preventive measure while waiting for the updated forum soft which adds improved anti spam features as well as other enhancements.

Yeah, hassle nga yan for the mods as well as all legit users. Is there a way na text + urls lang pwede ilagay? No formatting either para hindi oversized.

We're working on that but it will involve a major update to the forum software.

Because it requires a significant update to the forum software which will in turn require significant downtime. So far, the required version 2.0 was still in beta and we would like for the software to stabilize before we upgrade. Hopefully, v.2 will also address the spam problem we've been experiencing. Until then, sigs are restricted until further notice. We will, however, open a small window for you to edit your sigs, probably during the weekend as time permits.

After the said scheduled maintenance, I couldn't edit my forum signature anymore. Then today, the whole thing got deleted and I'm only allowed one character for my sig.

Any chance this can be fixed?
