I wish to put back the original decal. Can you recommend someone for me? Thank you very much.

Maybe to make it look like a Strat. But there's really no reason to remove the decal. It's a branded guitar buddy. Not your local guitars like Miltone, Rocker. The decals of those should be removed so that there will be no brand discrimination. But in Fernandes' case, there's no need to change or remove the decals.

I don't think so... they have different headstock shapes.

I totally agree. Fernandes guitars have their own character. They can be at par w/ the branded ones & sometimes the "tone" is a lot better. Doc Rick got more than a couple of these on his arsenal. Hey, Paul Gilbert uses (& endorses) Fernandes, how could you go wrong?

Lesson for the day: If it ain't broke, DON'T FIX IT!!!  :-D

I know but what's done is done now. I have decided to restore it because I just got it second hand. Thanks though. Anyway, here it is: http://talk.philmusic.com/board/index.php/topic,56756.3600.html

Hehe bad ass lookin' guitar. Pero mas maganda sana kung black yung headstock tapos original na Fernandes na decal. Hehe

Yeah! Parang "The Function" Strat but you know, natural finish on the neck is what I really prefer for Strats. As you can see: http://talk.philmusic.com/board/index.php/topic,56756.3600.html :-D
