Anong magandang gamot/supplement sa pagka ulyanin?

lumalala na kasi. Kunware may isesearch ako sa google tapos bigla kong makakalimutan kung ano yung isesearch ko.  :lol:

hehe natuwa ako dito ganyan kase ako minsan wag lang sana umabot sa time na madalas.

Marami kasi pwedeng cause yan kya marami ring pwedeng solusyon..
Natural Solutions:
Excercise the brain; magsolve po ng iba'ibang klase ng puzzles..e.g. crossword puzzle
Foods for the brain; foods rich in vitamin b complex and zinc e.g. peanuts, whole grain wheat(oats), coffee(enough amount-stimulant), etc
Enough Sleep at least 8 hours per day (pwede mo ring itry ung polyphasic sleeping pattern kung gusto mong mas mraming time na gising ka pero healthy parin..

Artificial Solutions:
Multi-vitamins everyday
Vitamin B-Complex Everyday
kung wala paring effect try nio ang brain transplant..lol! joke lang po ung last..ehehe!
