Its either my RP155 or my shredhead and delay. Or if ever i need modulations and what not, I have a looper for both setups.

I like this thread. hehe

Before PhilMusic infected me with G.A.S., I was happy with a barebones pedalboard...

... even the "carrying case" was cheap but usable. hehe... all packed and ready to go!

Barest:

... but highly configurable!

and then PM made me think I need a Pedal Train... after getting a PT, I've now realized that my old bare bones board is ALL i would ever need.

Nice one, sir! I should try to make one for my C30...

Hi sir,

Like what my bro said, ako lang po gumawa nung footswitch sir. Total gastos was cheaper than a second hand orig Classic 30 footswitch. I think this one's also better since may LED pati aluminum enclosure (unlike the plastic one sa orig footswitch). Although the one i did requires a 9V power para pailawin yung LED, pero i think pwedeng passive lang yung footswitch kahit may LED. Hindi ko lang sinubukan gawin.  :-)

You should definitely give it a go sir.  :-) as for me, i liked the drive of the C30 and the footswitchable reverb was a bonus so i really needed the footswitch. it's fun to DIY, too.

Here is my "bare bones" pedal board...

Some expensive stuff on this board but worth it.  I mean if you have to really reduce the number of your effects -- they have to be the best.

I love it sir!!

How's the Openhaus??

The Best High Gain Pedal period.  It kicks Metalzone butt and is more flexible.  Even the other so called boutique metal pedals cannot hold a candle to its clarity and ability to fine tune the EQ. Unbelievably, it can turn clean tube Fender amps into metal monsters without farting out the bass.  Just an incredible pedal and I am saying that since I have the pedal for about two years now.  Walang sinabi mga MOD na walang kwenta -- dami nito sa classifieds kasama ng kung anong anong pangalan at personality na gimmick.

CONS: It only runs on 18 volt.  No provision for battery.  Has a larger footprint than boss or mxr.

Kulit nito! Heheheheh.......

But have you ever noticed that when you arrange your pedals in different positions (some sideways some right side up), parang may tetris kayo?  :-D

Used to have a temporary mini board:

Then directly after, went to this back-breaking monster:

Tingin ko yung current board ko IS my bare bones pedalboard

lately i've been investing on too much pedals and later realizing na ang talagang setup lang na kelangan ko ay tuner, od/dist, chorus, delay.

pero kapag andyan naman ang peavey studio pro, footswitch lang solved na!  8-)

siguro, better if we post the bare bones pedals we can use,

tapos what genre we play in. para makita rin natin which is the most flexible mini set up.

parang the least pedals with the most genres applicable would probably be the best.

game! :-D

I play rock, blues, metal, alternative & praise songs (im in a choir).

for gigs, pedals ko sa pedal board will be:
foot switch, delay & texas flood

distortion and cleans are dependent sa amp ko :D
I use my own amp comportable ako eh.
