not bad for the 21g of protein /regular can... pero kung serious body builder ka, I recommend drinking whey or dairy product like milk... kasi mas mabilis ma consume ng body ang liquid form kesa sa solid ... I think sa 21g of protein na nasa tuna, ilang grams lang dyan ang ma coconsume ng body mo and the rest magiging body waste ... Chaka if you compare the price of a can/day, mas mahal sya kesa bumili ka ng 2lbs tub of whey...

2 tubs na ang natataob ko 'LOL, and I can say na may malaking improvement talaga.... syempre plus proper diet and exercise

kung you preferred  natural foods naman over supplements, try mo rin egg white. A regular sized egg has 7g of protein, eating 3 of those a day will give you 24g of protein mas mura pa

and kung solid food ang trip mo, nguyain mo lang mabuti :) the more you chew, the more you get the nutrition in the food.

And alalay lang sa protein intake mo, hindi kaya ng atay ang sobrang protein

Tofu is better (and cheaper) source of protein.

it's also better to make your own homemade bottled tuna  :-D dami recipes online, just boil tuna in salt then put it in a bottle (sterilized) with either water or oil, tapos add kung ano man spice gusto mo, pepper, chili, laurel leaves, then boil it uli while packed and sealed yun bottles (usually 30mins) kayo na mag mix and match kung ano spice ihalo mo sa tuna and oil
