I tried Globe, SMART and Sun and now only maintain my Globe #. Based on my dealings with their CSRs, Globe has the most accommodating among the three (well, two, kasi di ko macontact yung sa SUN eh...lagi walang signal) and though globe's GPRS and 3g rates aren't as low as SMART's they have good signal in the areas where I usually go to... plus the fact that the greater majority of my contacts are using Globe numbers.

Yeah, Globe I think has better customer support. Medyo low batt pa rin, pero pwede na.

In terms of service, though, I really prefer Smart: No missed MMS messages, good 3G signal, etc.

What I do remember about Globe before I terminated my subscription was there was zero Globe signal in my bedroom.

I'm using both Sun and Smart. Sun for "value for money" and Smart for network reliability.

every network provider has its own "thing" to get our attention esp on promos and freebies

but if you would consider coverage .. i think SMART comm has the edge besides it also uses PLDT backbone network.. just my opinion based on experience....peace
