heheheh, i totally dig the enthusiasm, but as of writing the studio is still being set up. All the gear is loaded in my bedroom!

hmm... i understand that my house may not be accessible to some of the folks, as it's situated in qc. will talk to BAMF about the prospects of the set up, deliberate with my ermat and erpat, and check my sched. will keep y'all posted :)

ayun na! go na yan! hehe. dala na lang tayo ng food for pica-pica, hehe. para talagang strat fellowship lang, hindi gaano formal ang dating. sharing of tips and tricks sa strat and playing styles na bagay sa strat. ayos yan! for sure dami natin lahat matututunan dito, hehe.

Ako okay ako...use my drum kit no problem. Paki-tono na din Bitoy ha...:D ala akong kaalam-alam sa ganyan.  Heck I don't know why I have a drum kit even ! I can't play a single frikkin drum pattern hahehehe.

Wag nyo lang basagin ang Sabians ko ha. Di bale na yung skins...they're due for replacement anyway.

I guess ang variable na lang are Anton's folks and what not.

I'm not sure how tolerant sushi's folks and neighbors are of a ruckus, but on the second thought, maybe you'd like to wait till the studio is done. Even if I didnt employ full soundproofing, all that foam should muffle the sound from coming out and sonically whacking the entire neighborhood. Medyo masikip nga lang. It's a recording studio kasi...not a bar :D

On the third thought...would you want to do it at Purple Haze ? Just state the date, and your terms.

If it's a Friday or Saturday night...well...you know what happens. It will be like a production...tickets, minimum attendance, possibly a bar guarantee.

But if I remember right, they are quite open to Sunday nights. Maybe we can get it at the same arrangements that we do for the philmusic EB's. Want me to liason for you guys ?

Yes, Jobet, I think it's more practical to hold it at Purple Haze. I think it'd be too much to have a band setup with three or more Strats blasting away all at the same time at someone's house.

Besides, at Haze, they have the bare minimum setup already. People can just bring their own amps if they want. Plus, we don't have to worry about food and drinks. A minimum charge should be reasonable enough.

Purple Haze seems good. My place can only withstand so many people, and with the current climate we have in the evening, it wont be enjoyable when we're all sweating like whores in church.

For small gatherings, my place is fine. approx 20 people is good. but as for amenities... gulp. but, clearance from the empress of the household can be tough.

Haze is perfect for the stratocaster summit :)

game ako! subukan ko magdala ng videocam. para may gamitin ako pang 'hiram' ng licks after the fact.  :-D

i love strats. sobrang iba-iba ang tunog. to my ears, it's the guitar most responsive to individual players' touches.

bamf! kailangan may buffer (bamffer  :wink:)-equiped strat na gagamitin!

Hey dudes I just recently registered here @ philmusic and Im really happy to learn that all Stratocaster owners are gettin together to form one nice community! if ever somebody will start (or already started) an official community of strat owners wer we can register pls let us know!

Im all for go with this Strat Party since magkakakilala na yata yung ibang members ill be willing to join..
