oo yata, 20+ yun di pala 17. Around 2011 siguro.

Kailangan pang after medication, X-RAY agad to check.  :eek:

noong unang panahon nakakamatay na sakit yan. mabuti ngayon me gamot na. si quezon wasn't so lucky kaya pinangalan sa kanya quezon institute.

I started on the meds this morning and bloody hell I feel like crap. I have to swallow about a dozen pills everyday supervised by a nurse. Buti na lang malapit yung clinic sa bahay. But I literally wanted to puke. Im thinking if this is how its gonna be everyday for six months then I really have to monitor sleeping patterns and caffeine intake coz im basically worried bout my liver.

Anybody avoided specific food types, drinks or cut down drastically any habits while on this aggressive anti-TB program.

On a lighter note EVERYTHING is free so far and no one has asked me to pay for meds so thank you HK public health care.

I didn't have to avoid anything liver damaging although I wasnt  a coffee or alcohol drinker the last time I got treatment. Howevr I don't recall feeling like crap  :-( baka sobrang sabog na ng katawan ko na parang normal lang kung anuman yung symptoms.

may I ask sir kung ano yung pakiramdam nyo?

Broncoscopy kasi last week tapos sabi nila negative daw pero likely daw TB rin bagsak neto kaya inumpisahan na yung TB treatment.
Parang naduduwal na ewan tapos mejo hilo ng konti. A bit of pressure sa tenga tsaka yung ihi kulay royal tru orange. Everytime may dosage stay ng 15 minutes under observation sa complications sa clinic.

La naman akong ubo puro lang sharp pains sa chest cavity pag hinga ng malalim.

Sang hospital ka nagpa diagnose? They've prescribed a drug regimen without a valid diagnosis? Bakit sila nag bigay nang anti-TB treatment kung TC pa yung status nang TB? Kung negative sa broncoscopy anong ibang exam ginawa nila para ma justify yung TB treatment???

paran matindi yan sir ah. medyo wild. buti naman chinecheck ng clinic para sa effects, baka pala di pwede yung gamot. sa lahat nyan yung orange na excretions lang ang meron ako.  :-(

Sabi nga nila iba iba epekto sa tao. Unang araw palang tsaka wala pa akong kinain kanina siguro kaya medyo solid dating sa akin ng gamot. Tignan natin bukas kung ganoon pa rin. They also scheduled yung mga kasama ko sa bahay ng chest xray para sigurado daw na walang nahawa.

Lupit talaga dito pag pwedeng agapan ginagawa bago maging epidemic.

nakakarelate ako though dun sa masakit yung sharp pains. yung sakin dahil sa dry cough na hindi ma determine kung ano ba talaga. nirurule out lang nila yung TB eh dahil may mga kulang na sintomas. eh masakit

Ma'am sonic, let me share...

I had TB 2006 confirmed.
Got it from a bandmate. (Kaya studios should have ventilation)
I wasnt regularized in my new job then..
Effin miserable.
Went to sss to get support, I was made to wear a paper mask with rubber bands to talk to the officer.
So degrading..
I worked out ate a lot.
I went thru meds. A lot a lot of meds by 4s the first 2 months
By 3's the next 4-7.
I got well.
And kicked asses in the office.
Ans I still do.
Im ripped and healthy now.
But those were god forsaken times man...

Hah.. This is like theraphy. Well there goes my story on that.

di pa nga eh  :-( sobrang busy hindi na ako nakabalik sa pulmo ko, and the last time pumunta ako nag-iba pala sya ng sched. i've been busy since kaya wala pang balik. eto yung X-ray ko nasa opisina ko lang  :eek:

Im all out on wearing masks in public. Dami talagang tao dito lalo na sa Tube tsaka kahit saan and i lived thru SARS kaya nakasanayan na namin dito sa HK. Ang ayoko lang sitahin ka ng mga pulis dito pag naka mask ka.

They stop and search you which is what i dont like.

I can imagine dapat masanay na rin tao jan sa Pinas kasi it does make sense to protect your respiratory system in mostly crowded places from pollution and other known ills airborne.
