Question about D.I. box

mga sir, ano mairecommend ninyo ok na Direct box?  ano kaya maganda, ung passive lang o ung may battery? ano difference pag may battery at wala?

Ang passive DI ay may transformer para i-konvert ang high impedance ng instrumento sa low impedance. Yung mga mumurahing transformer ay may mataas na distortion sa low frequencies, kaya hindi masyadong maganda para sa bass guitar.

Ang active DI naman ay gumagamit ng electronic circuit para i-konvert yung signal. Malinis at tahimik ang tunog pero kailangan ng baterya, o phantom power sa mga ibang modelo.

ang nasubukan ko na maganda eh yung countryman na DI box..solid pa pagkakagawa. 8-).. ilang taon na yung sa akin gumagana pa din. malinis din yung labas ng tunog..
