Apple actually prices their products very well...
they're not like most music stores that jack up the price of the new guitar models while leaving prices of discontinued models as is. 

So true I guess they're just trying to profit from it.. but still. Mas mura pa minsan na ipaship from abroad unlike Apple products. Di naman malaki ang patong (lalo na when we consider shipping/logistics here).

Lahat ng iPad may wifi it's just that.. some have 3G the wifi only models are cheaper though. My 32gb ipad 1 na wifi only serves me well enough not much use sa akin yung 3g.

i really commend Apple for doing that.  keeps the customers coming back for more. 

sa 32GB mo bro, how much free space did it have when you got it with all the pre-loaded apps?  i'm thinking of a 64GB or a 32GB but depends on the real free space remaining eh.

Hmm. Can't really remember. But it wasn't that big. Although now, even with a lot of apps downloaded, marami pang space. Since may iPod for music & external hdd for my movies, di ko rin nalalagyan masyado ng files. Siguro I'd put a movie or two "to go" pero dinedelete ko rin after eh. Pero if you'll place those media files in it, baka sulit nga mag 64 gb. On my nano na 16gb, sagad na sagad sa music

Tamang tama for music yan lalo na kung medyo high quality sila. yeahh. mukhang matibay naman siya. Yung older ipods ko, hard drive lagi ang sira. But with the flash drives, oks naman so far

I don't know how the app got the approval of Apple, but it seems legit! Finally a way to transfer files without syncing thru iTunes or in the cloud! check it out!

hassle ang bilis talaga maubos.  haven't asked my credit card company but i doubt may ganung option na walang interest.

at first, matagal bago namin nakuha yung iPad units. nagkaroon daw nang worldwide shortage nang everything apple.(yeah right)

Truly.. they seem to be planning a lot of stuff. Rumor mills suggest an iPad HD with the capability to run big apps like Final Cut or Aperture for pros on the go. That would be cool.

But I think they will make more money on the rumored iOS devices. A higher end iPhone and a lower end iPhone that would be priced like a lower end Android phone. Plus there's that rumor of the iTouch gaining 3G connectivity.

i bought ipad apps in apps store..though it says that im syncing applications, after syncing is done apps were not on my ipad..ive pretty much done everything i saw in the internet, apple support forum, etc., ..even updated my ipad to the latest OS..d ko pa din malagay new apps ko sa Ipad ko...


Here's my thought of buying ipad..

Specs:
at the time i had money for buying..
i was choosing on 32 gig wifi, or 16 gig wifi-3g..i really dont need 3g then..pretty much everywhere is a wifi zone(Even on Buses)..i really dont need to pay extra cost of 6k-7k more for just a power sim inserted in my Ipad..may Globe Pocket wi-fi naman eh ...

Storage:
i said to myself..pag binili ko ung 16 gig kulang sa apps ko pa lang pano pa ung 10k+++ songs sa PC ko?? Movies, Audiobooks, TV series, Sh*t sana naghintay na lang ako para maka bili ng 64gig..at that time pa-release na din ang Ipad2, i dont really need camera meron nman ako digicam saka Cellphone na may Cam..

That does seem weird. It's never happened on any of the iOS devices at home (iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch). I do buy lots of apps, but so far walang problem naman with syncing apps. If ever, the only problem I ran into was album art getting messed up sa songs that I bought in the iTunes store. Haven't resolved that one though.

If I understand you right, the problem is that your apps don't show up sa iPad after syncing? If so, have you tried getting them on the iPad directly? You can access your purchased apps sa App Store app on the latest iOS. You can download them directly on any iOS device provided that you're signed in with your Apple ID and you haven't reached the 8(?) device limit. They have a record naman of all the purchased apps eh (including the ones you got for free).

Agree with 3G on iPad, di sulit for me. I can always use the mobile Wifi or magtether nalang sa iPhone pag kailangan talaga.

dalhin ko na lang sa mac ipad ko para mapatingnan..many ipad users on the internet are also have this kind of problem..bakita kaya ganun..SHHHH******TTT!!!

Be wise on choosing if buying a gadget..you dont really need unnecessary extras..well kung may pera bakit hindi, di ba?? just getting a value out of your money and maximizing your budget..

Ano problems encountered?

When it comes to syncing, I've had the same (good) experience with both Macs and PCs. Pareho naman na nasa iTunes eh. If ever.. there are some Mac-only apps that integrate with iPads/iPhones pero that's not relevant to syncing naman.
