ang mga ganitong post eh hindi mo alam kung seryoso, nagpapatawa o hindi nila talaga alam na korni sila o hindi.


@panterica - nakita ko sa infommercial yung P90X, sure it will work, like any other exercise routine, if you stick to it. Amboring kaya nung mag-isa ka lang sa bahay. Mas ok pa rin ang mag-gym, the hard part is to drag your ass to it.

@rockizta123 - seriously? 5 day abs ha. try it, if  it works, make a video, you might sell out for millions of dollars.

ab routine pa lang ng p90x parang nakakamatay na, lol. pinakita lang sa kin to nung isang tropa kong bodybuilder din dyan sa california bro.

@rockizta - bryan is right, try mo yung 5 day ab workout, yayaman ka pag nagkataon at gumana. some people take years to develop 6 pack abs.

naalala ko yung isang nagpost sa bb forum na pinupuntahan ko, nahihirapan daw sya i-separate ang chest at torso, he's been working out for 4 months straight with diet and wants that marky mark type of chest, may sumagot na "try adding another 2 years to that" lol.

ang gusto kasi ng marami eh madalian. tapos manghihingi ng payo. tapos pag napayuhan na, tatanungin ulit, is there a faster way?

it took years of bad eating and lots and lots of bad habits kaya naging ganyan ang katawan nyo, and you want to lose it in a day? some can dream, other people actually commit to getting better and act on it.

its like music. you can't just compose/produce a grammy winning song. it takes years and training. if you're gifted, sure, go ahead, I'm assuming a lot of us are not gifted so we still strive to get to our peak, or the least, to manage to identify a note.

I'm always on the yo-yo end of having a good physique and just blowing up. i used to be thin, then I got thinner, then I got better, I got my six pack, then I got big, got bigger, went thin again, got big, got toned, then got big again. right now, I do have muscles, which will tell you, that I work out, but I'm not happy with my abs. Wala naman ako nung malaking tyan, but I got these lovehandles, which are hideous.

the good thing about me is, I have discipline when I need to. I would go to the gym for one whole month and just train hard. When i get bored, I'd go for other activities, like training for a 5 mile marathon, volunteer for construction work, swim...stuff like that.

I don't think, hmmm... I want to have an 8 pack by summer, and its already May (which is spring over here). Its like saying I'd want to be in the 2008 olympics, and I want to be in three categories.

That is why working out and exercising is called "Training", not 'shortcut'.

no, i mean, not eating rice, ganun kahit mawala lag yung fats hehe, mahina na ko kumain ngayun eh, pero mga 2-4pm nagugutom na ko pero after nun wala na... di na ko nagririce... :-D

mas nakakamotivate kasi mag-workout sa mga hardcore gyms eh, imo, mas ok sa gold's gym kung maintenance ka na lang, parang nakakailang kasi magpawis sa gold's eh. hehehehe.

Ako sa Gold's nag papawais ako lalo pag ganado! Pero sa mga patay na oras ako nag w-workout kung kaya.. Pag rush hour na sa gym kasi dun jahe na dahil ang daming tao.. :lol:

25,000+ (annual) ang unlimited nila, sabi ko kasi 5x/week ako mag-gym, meron din silang 16,000+ (annual) for 3x/week naman, nag-compute ako, lumalabas na 110+ lang ang per session, pag hindi ka nagbayad annually mas mahal, 900/session.

I'm eating 96 eggs this week. I'm going to the gym everyday and work out for 4 hours each day. I bought my supplements and some whey protein.

I got inspired watching a show on MTV - True life: I want a perfect body II.

Its amazing what people can do. I want to see what I can do with mine. I will try to compete for the next cover for Menshealth. I have 6 months to do it.

kung lose weight lang, no need to go to the gym, cardio lang pwede na hehehe, jogging, jump rope, treadmill, stationary bike and the likes.

nahihirapan akong mag-pullups/chinups, can't do 2 reps. i'll try negative reps, baka sakaling mag-improve.
