ang alam ko sa mga megamass nakakapagpalaki ng tyan yan e. lalaki ka nga pero kasama ding lalaki tyan mo. ano ba gusto mong mangyari sir? kung payat ka then tama lang na magmegamass ka. kung medium built ka naman sir mag whey or amino ka na lang plus milk, eggs tas tulog kung gusto mong lumaki.

hmm sino gusto magmember ng fitness first dito?

yung akin kasi pinamimigay ko na dahil wala na ko time dahil sa duty sa hospital. libre na ang babayaran niyo na lang is ang monthly fee na 2650. Mas mura pa din compared sa magmemember kayo na may joining fee pa. passport type ang membership ko kaya okay sa lahat ng branch dito sa pinas at abroad. marami sir. kung gusto mo natural, diet at cardio lang. sa diet bawas lang ng mga complex carbs like rice, replace it with simple carbs like whole wheat bread or sweet potatoes. kung gagamit ka naman ng mga meds, ok yung xenadrine at hydroxycut. just follow the instructions kung pano inumin plus sabayan mo ng cardio at exercise, 1-2 weeks lang may result ka na. just maintain a weight loss of 1-2lbs per week, yun kase ang normal.

safe naman sir, wala ng mga ephedra yung mga yun. 1 bottle costs around 2k-3k depending on where will you buy it. you can buy sa mga health express, gnc's or kahit na sa internet meron. if you want ng mas mura, try fitrum. although i've not tried it, my friends says it is effective.

Medyo may kamahalan sa GNC... ang hydroxycut hardcore nila by muscletec na 120 capsules is about 5k. nakabili ako ng hydroxycut hardcore na 120 capsules sa cash&carry sa makati for 1.5k wala na man syang side effect sakin.. ok sya :-D

sa may makati po sir. once pa lang ako nakapunta kaya hindi ko alam ung exact na lugar. nagbus kami from EDSA and napadpad na ko dun.. mukang meron naman po nung hinahanap nyo kasi karamihan nang nakikita ko sa GNC meron dun eh.. marami ung stall kaya mag canvass muna nang maigi para talagang makatipid nang sobra at wag kalimutang tumawad :wink:

i have a problem....i am doing my exercise....jump rope for 20 minutes per day then weight training....pero di ako pumapayat....

will i lose weight without dieting ?

there is no correlation to lifting heavy weights and a person's height. Coffee can stunt growth, genes does its job too, but lifting, nah...

may i suggest you also train your calves and shin. kasi pag hindi balanse ang workout mo, ampangit ng output.
