@pizzaro, still here. Medyo nahihiligan ko lang ang Facebook at Multiply. Nakaka-frustrate kasi na ambagal pa rin magload ng forums.

I think I have another suggestion sa work out. I-test ko muna para sure na effective. To maximize the gain.

ok lang. there are no rules naman in terms of what muscles you can work out at the same time. If you're doing isolation, then you have to do them separately.

for best results, get a journal and write down your work out.

don't forget to stretch before your session, and after.

Endomorphic here..Tanong ko lang sana kung panu ako magiging slim?dati kasi pumayat na ko. Naging anoretic ako nun pero dahil  nalalagas yung hair ko nagpataba ulit ako.So, tanong ko lang panu ba magiging slim at may pag-asa pa bang maging slim ang endomorphic?

yup! sabi din sakin., hindi nakaka payat ang sit ups.. jogging,boxing,biking yung nag tatagtag talaga sa fats..with proper diet din talaga at walang sweets or chocolates...

ako kahit masakit sa loob ko pero may takal ang kanin ko di lalagpas sa 1 cup rice,, minsan kapag gabi, saging or apple lang ako hehehe

Sa akin proven ko na kumukunat ang mga daliri ko sa lifts na kelangan ng strong grip, kaya gumagamit ako ng wraps na pang assist sa lift pag mabigat na buhat (ie: 400lb deadlift, pag mga bench and curls and such, wala)

tapos sa forearm po ang pinapalaki at palakas ko is yung brachialis  para humabol yung forearm sa braso. Di ko masyadong pinapalakas yung grip muscles ko pero may adequate strength naman to do heavy lifts.

Opinions po mga sir? by experience lang po kasi ito..
