IMO.. cardio is for your endurance... you will lose mass, but that mass are FATS.. not mass that are muscles.
you wont shed muscles if you run right? just those extra fats.

I don't think doing cardio slows down your training re gaining mass unless pinagod mo na sarili mo sa cardio pa lang, yun ang pipigil sayo na mag gain ng mass.
like what happende to me once... napagod ako sa cardio, then pagdating ko sa trainer ko, hirapa ako sa pinapagawa na at nahihilo pa ko. I guess running too much before your body sculpting are bad idea... but i still do it kasi kulang ako sa time. kaya hala sige sabay sabay na lang! haha

ang alam ko kasi pag nasobrahan sa cardio at wala ng carbs sa katawan yung protein mo ang kukunin nya. kaya pag sobra ang cardio tapos binuhat mo na uupod lang lang muscles dahil yung protein na kinukuha ng katawan pamalit sa nawalang carbs. tama ba yun? :lol:

si pacquiao di malaki ang katawan niya. ripped siya. sobrang defined ng muscles niya. that's what you get from  doing cardio. if you plan to add on size, pwede na siyang bawasan or even wag ng gawin. being ripped comes from a good diet and calorie deficit in the first place.

P90X program. Google mo na lang, may torrent na din nun. Kasama na din pati yung diet/nutrition plan. Download mo nalang kaso matagal kse more than 8GB yung module. And like what others said, more cardio and a good diet plan. Syempre disiplina sa sarili para ma-achieve mo yung results na gusto mong makita sa katawan mo.

kahit hindi ka magcardio, kakainin ng muscle growth ang protein sa katawan mo kapag walang nakain na carbo.

kaya maganda, even after working out, may konting carbo loading...pero mas marami ang protein loading.

before exercise, masmarami naman ang carbo loading.

Yep ok lang intake mo. Kasi anytime pwede ka naman uminom ng whey protein pero the best time talaga pag inom. Upon wking up in the morning, right after you workout, tsaka before going to bed at night.
