Lately, I've got no time to hit the gym. Kaya jumping rope and jumping jack na lang muna for calorie-burning.

And yes, I find crossfit a good way to be healthy and to stay in fit. Time-efficient and so effective. Makes a person more lean, not bulkier.

if building muscle mass ang target nyo, try to limit your workout to 60mins, 2-3sets of 7-12 reps per muscle group 3-4days /week. try to increase the weight kahit konting konti lang sa susunod na workout para ma stimulate ang muscle :)

15mins cardio sa off days, increasing the intensity sa next training will help you burn fats :)

Yung pwede makuha yung six-pack and buffed arms. Ok na ang legs at binti ko kaka-bike.

Yung pwede makuha yung six-pack and buffed arms. Ok na ang legs at binti ko kaka-bike.

actually sir you don't need any equipment para magka six pack, proper diet,crunches 3sets of 12 reps (kahit wala tong crunches pwede ka magka-abs) with the help of cardio para matunaw yung fats at maging visible yung abdominal muscles na meron na talaga tayo...

para naman sa buffed arms, kahit dumbbells. Lift heavy / low repetition (5-7reps) yung tipong saktong bigat na kaya mong lumagpas ng five pero hindi na kaya ng 8.. gets? :)

and be sure na i-workout mo rin yung main muscles mo (chest/shoulders,back,legs) para balance

dumbbells and matts... ako sako lang hinihigan ko pag floor crunches XD Kung gusto mo mag gain ng weight sir, dagdagan mo food intake mo tas sabayan mo ng workout para sa mass at muscle gain. tas kung okay na sayo yung na gain mo, at kung gusto mo mas maging visible and lean yung muscle mo, after mo magdagdag ng mass at muscles mag cut ka ng konti  sa kain mo, bawas lang konti-konti, basta hindi pa crash diet.

mon - chest/triceps
tue - biceps/shoulders/back
wed - rest/30 mins cardio bike + abdominal workouts
thu - chest/triceps/konting sipa sa biceps
fri - shoulders/back/legs

Monday - Chest/Shoulders/Tricep
Tuesday - Short Circuit Cardio 15mins
Wednesday - Back / Biceps
Thursday - Short Circuit Cardio 15mins
Friday - Legs / Abs
Saturday - Short Circuit Cardio 15mins
Sunday - Petix :)

may nakagamit na ba sa inyo nung 8mins 8pack app sa ipod/iphone? try it. wasak ang abs.

8 different exercises na focused sa abdominals and obliques. 30-40 seconds ang isang exercise na may kasama ng 30 seconds rest after every 2 workouts na tirahin mo. example:

foot to foot crunch for 40 seconds tapos alternating curls for another 40 seconds tapos 30 secs rest

after nun may dalawa ulit na ibang exercise ang titirahin mo, then rest ulit.

sa pagkakatanda ko ganito yung pattern nya:

foot to foot crunch
alternating curls

rest

push through
four time leg raises

rest

arm reaching crunch
leg up touch crunch

rest

cross arm simple crunch
double crunch

end

after ko nyan, may time pa ko mag planks kasama yung side planks. since may cardio bike ako sa bahay, warm up muna ako ng 10-15 mins bago ko gawin lahat yan.

kung gusto nyo ng magandang home workout equipment, eto try nyo 'IRON GYM ... paki search nalang sa youtube yung mga demos neto... Perfect for Pull-ups, pwede rin gamitin for push-ups, sit-ups,Dips

kesa yung equipment limited for push-ups, yan nalang, multi-purpose pa.. kung di ako nag kakamali 500 lang yan sa mga Sulit sellers

I have tried using this equipment. Less strain on the wrists. Pero iyun nga lang, one-trick pony. Might as well try the one mentioned by Toysuki.

meron ako Perfect Pushup. ok naman sya. sa kanya ko nakuha yung strength na ginamit ko pagbalik ko ng gym. sinabayan ko ng 100 pushups app sa ipod touch. may kasamang dvd yan para sa iba ibang variations na pede mong paggamitan like dive bomber, wide pushups, half pushups, bicep twists, etc. pagtagal nawalan napansin ko for strength building na lang sya kasi wala ng lumalabas sa katawan ko. as for the price, Php900 sya nung binili ko sa Chris Sports sa megamall. that was 3 years ago.

yung Iron Gym, kung titignan mo medyo delikado. paano kung hindi matibay yung pagkakabitan? grabe pa siguro injury nun pag nalaglag ka. pero oo, Php500 nga lang sya nung nakita ko sa isang tindahan ng sports equipment sa Greenhills.

perfect push up tsaka iron gym,  ok siya para sa mga quickie sessions kung wala kang access sa gym. pero you can't rely on it. eventually you'll need to go to a real gym to continually put stress on your muscles.
