After a legal battle in Swedish courts, the four defendants (Hans Fredrik Neij, Gottfrid Svartholm Warg, Peter Kolmisoppi and Carl Lundström) in the Pirate Bay Trial were convicted of being accessories to the violation of copyright laws. They have to pay $3.6 million and serve jail for a year.

Anyone else here followed the case?  :-)
