Importante pala yun initial
I was able to fairly
execute in less than 2 days since nakita ko yun video hehehe, though not up to speed pa. :-D

kung gusto mo talaga ma build ang control and speed mo i suggest you use a metronome.

BTT...
so foot teknik mas gusto ko tlga yung slide up gaya nila weckl or porcaro.
date heel toe as in heel muna tapos toe for fast doubles kaso namimili ng pedal at dapat
slide up teknik slowly yet gently tnx to that relaxing song hehe.

sila donati naman at lang mukhang more on ankle teknik pag dating sa mga fast double strokes
sa bd.

fellow drummer, I was watching a Steve Smith DVD and he was explaining the constant release foot technique.

I have been practicing the HEEL-TOE technique for quite a while now, note that I have yet to get it  and apply it to my playing  :-D

Is it just me or the HEEL-TOE technique has a striking resemblance to the Constant Release technique?

The foot motion is the same, was wondering what your inputs on the statement above.

Thanks bros :-D
April now and forever.
