Zoom G1x... galit sa analog pedals.

No matter what I do, I can't mix my G1x with my analog pedals. Whether I place the G1x in the beginning of the chain, the middle, or the end, the result is a total mess. I've tried turning off all the amp sims and eqs of the G1x in an attempt to try to make it a "dedicated" reverb or delay pedal but it. just. wouldn't. work. with. my. analog. stompboxes.

Even when I turned EVERYTHING off and tried using the G1x as a wah-wah pedal with ONLY my fuzz pedal, it wouldn't work, as in nawala 'yung sweep nu'ng wah ng Zoom. Am I doomed to make a choice between analog and digital? Can't they live together in harmony?

There are sounds na gusto ko makuha from my G1x na hindi ko magamit when combined with, let's say my fuzz or wah. Any mods / workarounds for this? Help! Ayokong "kung Zoom lang, Zoom lang... kung analog stompbox, analog stompbox lang." I wanna combine them both.

Naisip ko nga din 'yun. I can just A/B them, pero if I do that, mag-iiba 'yung dirty tone ko because I like the sound of my fuzz box. And selling it is out of the question. It has too much sentimental value for me.

i understand how it feels..kung di mo kaya ibenta, just keep it.. once you go analog you will gradually forget your zoom g1x... early last year i had a line6 m13 which i used to play in our house, but when i started to join a band, my fellow guitarist influenced me to sell my line 6 and go analog..which i didn't regret later..

Yep, tama. Ayaw talaga mag-mix. Nagtutunog basag.

first, kung gusto mo after ng dirt mo yung g1x (assuming you wont use wah) dapat naka OFF yung Comp (yung boost pede rin naka OFF)
Yang case na yan eh G1x will server your modulation needs. And Mas ok din sa ganyang scenario ang naka OFF yung drive/amp sim and  CAB/ZNR module.
guitar -> dirt -> g1x -amp

G1x as Wah, Comp and AMP sim:
guitar -> G1x -> dirt pedal -> other pedals -> amp

my guitarist has this set-up:

hm-3 - g1x - dd7

He uses the g1x as his wah, modulation and volume. Clean setting lang sa zoom para madinig yung hm-3 nya tapos meron syang overdrive setting na sinasabay nya minsan dun sa hm-3 para maging boost.

Ako din bro ginawa ko to dati, yung g1x ko gusto ko isama sa stomps ko. Experimental. Kaso ayaw talaga eh, ganyan din kinalabasan tulad sayo. Gustuhin ko man ibenta di ko magawa, may sentimental value din kasi kaya tinago ko na lang hehe! Keep mo na lang yan.

Ts, onting tweak pa siguro, ioff mo yung comp/efx, tapos off din yung drive, pero sakin minsan naka-on yung drive tapos nasa 1-10 lang yung gain para di gumulo, tweak mo din yung eq siguro, at ioff mo yung ZNR.

+1 parehas tayo ng situation.. iba parin ang analog sa digital.. kahit sabihin ng iba na nasa timpla lang yan.

Aside from what sir Ghostalker said, I also have the power supply separated for my analogs and the G1x. It will really take time and patience to "hit the spot", and for me, that's the beauty of having them work together just fine.

In my set up, I turned off the amp sims. I had the ZNR to the minimum setting and only use the EQ if I need to add something to the tone that I'm looking for.

May you find what you're looking for. I also can't let go of my G1X due to its value to me.

I had this same issue im gonna buy a Zoom G1N eh..
I actually sold my old zoom G1K because of this problem.. Looper naba pinaka solution to this
or pwede din ung sugguestions niyo above.. for me Zoom + Analog = tone suck i don't know

if you have the delay before a dist or od pedal the sound produced would be the slapback delay (overpronounced)

i had a g2 in my setup before for modulations you really need to tweak it to work with the analog pedals... kung taga rizal ka i could tweak your setup for you

taga antipolo ako 

hiniram ko lang yung ds-100 para matry kung ok bago ako magdecide kung bibili bako ng dirt pedal para sa g1x hehe. parang ang panget kasi ng tunog kahit drive lang ang naka-on eh, or panget talaga ang ds-100?

may problema talaga sa set up na after multi > OD/Distortion analog > amp....dapat talaga before...then put different adapter for both analog and multi-effects.
