Mga repapips baka naman puwede tayong tumugtog para sa mga kids sa bahay ampunan para mai share natin yung talent natin at kahit MINSAN eh mabigyan ng kaunting kaligayahan yung mga batang naulila, iniwan ng kanilang mga magulang at mga inabuso at biktima ng kalupitan.. Sige kaibigan kita kita na lang tayo sa EB.

Pinoydrums will be having a Christmas Party EB on December 9. That would also be a good opportunity to talk about how the drumming community can help for a good cause. Maybe a part of the entrance fee can be used as a donation. Or maybe we can put up a donation box or something. What do you think, fellow Pinoydrummers?

All Philmusic.com Forum members are invited to our Christmas EB. Just check out the sticky thread regarding this.

sirPmack and sirSuspendead, take note of this. Isama sa agenda sa December 9 tong invitation ni Jepoy.

Opportunity din ito ng Pinoydrums para makatulong.

Siguro it's time na magbuo na ng set of officers ang Pinoydrums, para may proper channeling ang mga concerns tulad nito. Meron na ba? Then maybe few months from now, we can consider registering it sa SEC. Mukhang "for life" na naman itong Pinoydrums community, kaya gawin na nating solid at legit ang organization na ito.

Suggestion lang po.

pwede rin bigay natin sakanila yung mga old na dumsparts like old snare old bass yung mga d na ginagamit at d mabentang parts, instead na itapon remedyohan na lang! sa dami natin d2 makakabuo tau ng isang kit for the kids hehehehehe

if someone could make one, we could put a donation box sa EB.
i think ok yung idea ni sir wayne na mag-elect ng officers na talaga ang pinoydrums (wag lang ako ha, hehehe). para maging mas organized.

as for part of the entrance fee going to charity, sad to say, medyo malabo mga sirs. kasi yung 200 na yun is FULLY COMSUMABLE so mapupunta sa individual food and drinks yun nga nagbayad, sa bar lahat mapupunta.

pero we could set-up a donation box doon. i mean, im sure maraming maghuhulog doon. mababait mga drummers eh...

ako rin, count me in, i will play for the kids..

one more thing this activity has the possibility to be covered by MYX Channel. so what we do there to help the kids will be shown on tv and also yung tugtugan natin dun. and syempre yung magiging tugtugan sa gabi after ng activity with the kids.

Nice naman. kami naman ni Joy (drummer ng edge) nagturo na rin kami dati sa Tulungan Center ni Fr. Sonny Ramirez sa Sct Boromeo way back 1996.

Adding to that, it's always a great feeling to help out and make a difference, especially with children. Kids easily look up to adults as their heroes and role models. And what better way to touch the lives of these kids by inspiring them through music. It would be a rewarding feeling when we'll be able to make an impact to their young lives. Isipin natin, baka paglaki nila, sila ang mga magiging future stars ng music scene. At sasabihin nila, "Naging musician ako dahil sa inyo. Salamat sa inspiration."

Jepoy, nde pwede kasi ala ako sa haus..anyway..me nagtatanong kung saan daw mapupunta yung pera..well first of all..as much as possible ayokong matulad ito sa project namin noon sa isang EB for a cause na maraming NAGDUDA kung saan napunta yung pera..Sana yung magbibigay eh bukal sa loob at hindi magdududa,... at laruan, books o clothing ang ibigay para walang perang involved....
Jepoy try to get the name of a staff there para ma confirm nila kung totoo nga itong project na ito at walang hokus pokus na mangyayari..
