ground loop isolator/ground lift

hi all

anyone know where i can get these locally?  thanks in advance

1. ground loop isolator (something like the pic below, possibly with xlr connections):

need em for my laptop+controllers+mixer+effectors set up because gig venues often have wonky power situations that makes this incredibly annoying crackle/buzz
