Teeth Whitening.

Mga forumites, ano ba maganda for teeth whitening?

I don't smoke, pero mahilig tayo sa iced tea. Kaya nagkaka stain ang teeth.

I have tried "sensodyne teeth whitening" toothpaste. It works pero it cost me 200+ per tube.  Kaya pag naubos na, stain ulit.

Meron bang mas cheaper alternative?

stuff that whitens teeth also makes 'em hollow, so it is not advised by real dentists and orthodontists.

baking soda sprinkle mo sa toothpaste mo habang nasa toothbrush

tapos ayun magtoothbrush ka lang. medyo nakakailang lang kasi nababawasan ung bula.

mas effective nga muriatic acid eh...

sa isang baso, magpatak ka lang ng dalawang patak ng tubig para mejo full strength tapos mumog mo...voila! lusaw ang mga tartar!

pag di pa tumalab sulfuric acid na (super strenght ito) para gumuguhit,in just a few seconds para ka ng mutated nyan...puputi o liliwanag pati bahay nyo

you can dilute hydrogen peroxide..and wipe your teeth using cotton.  avoid hitting the gums.

diba yung tubo(sugar cane) nung kabataan pa natin eh binebenta lang sa tabi tabi at nginangata lang natin...sabi ng matatanda eh nakakatulong daw sa pagpapatibay at paglilinis ng ipin...

nung nagpalinis ako ng ngipin sa dentist ko, sabi ko magkano pa teeth whitening, sabi nila wag na daw, naturally daw medyo yellowish ang ngipin, at tama ka, hindi daw advisable. :-D

Palinis po kau ng ipin s dentist, s ganun safe pa. Bahala nalang kau makipag baratan pag bayaran n.  :lol:
