help hindi ko ma access yung properties

help po hinde ko ma access yung properties sa ini right click ko
pag kiniclick ko siya wala lang nangyayari...
may nabura ba akong file para magka ganito???
kahit yung sa control panel hinde ko ma click

try reparing windows installation/system  pare yun eh kung original ang OS mo

google ka ng topics/guides regarding registry tweaks for enabling right-click context menus.

pwede mong kalikutin yung regedit (punta ka sa Start Menu > Run > type mo "regedit")
o kaya yung Group policy (Start Menu > Run > type mo "gpedit.msc")
