pasali ulit...

pwede ba snare in progress? :D

13X10 Trak tom converted to 13X7 snare....

as I said, still a work in progress, still haven't decided on the finish...

any suggestions guys

A lacquered finish always looks good on drums... Kung hindi, a dark wood stain and varnish should do the trick... hehehe

I would also suggest putting spacers on the lugs. The tension rods don't look straight with the hoops e.

Have the hoops powder coated black to complete the look...

thanks alot for suggestion sir dindin.. kind of in a hurry to aasemble it, kaya hindi ko na notice na kailangan ng spacers.. :D

your definitely right... powder coated hoops is really in order here.. :D
i'll try to visit a local woodshop for the laquer finish!!!!

 thanks again sir din din!

Thanks!

I got the Spaun and OCDP from Guitar Center Covina. The Gretsch Renown from JB Music, and the JJ for JP.

Dindin ang luluphet naman ng snares mo!!! Mag add ka ng reference snare 13x6.5

Ang linis naman ng head sa JJ snare mo mukhang bagong bago. Yung sa akin puro may black marks na. Nice collection you have there.

Thanks Rex! I took the picture of the JJ nung pagkakuha ko e. Kaya wala pang dumi yung head.

So kelan mo papadala sa akin yung Reference snare mo? Yun ba yung 30ply? hehehe

Pasali ha.

Pearl Chad Smith Signature Snare
Pearl Joey Jordison Signature Snare
Pearl Omar Hakim Signature Snare
Yamaha Steve Gadd (Birch) Signature Snare
Yamaha Dave Weckl (13") Signature Snare
Pearl Eric Singer Signature Snare
Custom 13"x 8" Fibreglass Snare
Custom 14"x 4" Birdseye Maple Snare
13"x 3" Ludwig Black Beauty
!0"x 2" Sonor Jungle Snare
10"x 6" PDP

Our current favorite for recordings -- the Black Panther Hammered Phosphor Bronze Snare. I have been partial to wood snares for a very long time, but right now, I seem to be having a love affair with my metal snares. :-)

Our newest snare doesn't have a picture yet -- It's a Worldmax Hammered Hawg 14"x6.5" Hammered Brass Snare.

Got this photo from the web.

I had some others custom built for me by Tito Marquez (including the 13x8 fibreglass snare mentioned above) -- a 10x5, an 8" and a 6" snare, all made of fibreglass, and a tambourine on which he installed snare wires too.

...Haaaay naku. Sana balang araw magamit ni Rickson ito lahat nang sabay sabay... then again, I only have 3 snare stands. :-)
