Latest update! After 2 emails received from Marshall support confirming that they are sending me a replacement unit, the 2nd email has the fedex tracking number! from what i read from the package, this replacement came from stockholm, sweden. 3 days and it finally came to our house. anyway the whole thing actually took about a month (sending the deffective unit, probably marshall needed to verify the defect and sending a replacement!). they sent the complete set! the box is almost the same without the large sticker of a picture of the earphone. it came with the ear clip and the cancelling plug. what i notice is that the cord is bit shorter, which i think it's not that much of a problem. it's long enough to reach my ear and pocket. the plug i think was shortened but i think it's better. as for the sound, i'm not sure if i became used to the almost crappy sound of the ipod earphones cause when i hear the sound from the marshall earphone, it is so much better. i think they put a few bass on it.

so there it is, i guess the lesson i did learn there is to verify the warranty with the store your purchasing from.

anyway, all i can say now is, JB you suck!!!! Marshall, you rock!!!!

 rock n' scroll!

Just want to share. :)
And cool yung itsura nya na volume knobs.

I tried the major one, masakit sa tenga at di ko trip yung tunog. Mid high and little bass.
Went for a Shure Srh 440 instead, pilas nga lang agad yung foam dahil sa pawis.

Sound wise sulit sya.
