Nahanap ko sa WWW 'tong video tungkol sa heel and toe technique:

http://evansdrumheads.com/EVAMultimedia.aspx?VideoID=2650

Kelangan yata ng Quicktime para mapanood 'to.
..and when they come, we'll make great pets.

before u develop ur speed. u must 1st develop control of ur feet.
practice at slow tempos. when ur comftable, increase the tempo and so on and speed comes into play.

i dunt know what ur saying about accuracy, cguro un ung time.
use metronome.

Er, how is that the same/different from "heel up" or "heel down" on the pedal?

Heel-toe's practically a heel-up type of movement. It's focusing weight on either the heel or toe, using the ankle as leverage for more efficient movement. It's uh....

Grabe, ang hirap pala i-verbalize (hahaha).  Buti na lang may YouTube:

I think as long as kasya yung buong foot mo sa pedalboard, kaya ang heel-toe, regardless of the pedal's brand.

I think that most pro drummers who play heel-up use their toes as main point where weight goes down on, and they use the leg and ankle movement in the heel-toe videos above for more efficient movement. You can see this in Steve Gadd's Up Close video, among others. :)

Hehe bat kaya ganun?

Bro im using heel up, mahirap kasing gawin ang heel-toe technic pagmaikli ang foot board. to be fast, practice lang katapat nyan. Si Robert Dela Cruz nagsabi nyan at kita mo naman ang nagagawa nya, hope that helped...
