ask ko lang po sa mga meron nito ok po ba sya gamitin? or kailangan ba talaga gumamit nito?

Just for reference purposes; Isolation Headphones/earphones has one distinct feature and that is to isolate sounds outside of the intended musical experience such as the environment or the sound that is around you.

This is the reason why it is preferred by drummers since it is capable of muffling the sound that is produced by the acoustic drums and allows you to hear to the "play along" music you are playing to thus not requiring loud levels of audio that may cause eventual hearing failure.

yung sa vic firth models i saw blue ito yung walang wire madami gumagamit nito sa gig or ensayo syempre to protect your hearing tsaka para mawala yung clang ng cymbals pero you have to get used to it kasi talagang nakakapanibago at may tendency na lumakas ang palo mo so problema sa dynamics. yung black yun yung may wire syempre pwede sa drum machine metronome,loops, sampler kasi naka kabit siya either player mo etc...

sa ace hardware lang meron... nga lang walang wire yung na pagkakabitan ng input mo...
ok gumamit nun kasi talagang mapo-protektahan ang ears mo sa damage from too loud noise

ako ngayon nag susuffer sa hearing damage..huhuhu.. may impacted cerumen nako.. hahaha.. kaya 1 week nakong di nag drudrums.. nasa healing process nako.. kaya pag galing na pag galing ko bibili nako ng iso headphones kahit ung sa ace hardware.. kaya mga bro ingats lagi..

I just use Philips na Head phones sa mga gig kc di na nakakarinig ng high frequency sound yung right ear ko. Im afraid that when I reach 40 baka bingi na yung right ear ko. HUHU

ever since i lost my petrophones at a gig i made my own iso headphones. I don't like those bulky ones in the hardware stores, it makes me look like the lead character in Katamari Damacy in ps2.

anyway, go to makati cinema square and head for the gunshop stores at the basement. Look for the ear muff brand Peltor model shot gunner. go for the gunshop store near jamaican patty at the corner. they sell it there at 1,350 the other gunshops there sell it at 1,800. wierd noh? its slim compact and foldable and looks something like this.....

what i got was black.

then if you wana use em for music, put your current earphones to your ears and put the peltor over them. VIOLA! iso headphones! what i did was buy the akg p21 ata yun, in audiophile (mcs din) it was selling for 1,800 before, ngayon mga 2,500 ata, really great heapdphones easy to drive and wont drain your ipod battery like studio iso headphones that need a head phone amp.. i took it out of its mount and stuffed it in the peltor. literally, you will hear everything the recording has to offer and at moderate levels. i love using it in planes, noisy crowded backstage areas etc.

pretty good buy, and very flexible, because you can choose the type of earphone or headphone you wanna go allong with it.

the black one has speakers, maganda gamitin kung may play-along ka or for recording

anong advantage ng metrophone sa vic firth? plano ko bumili pero im thinking kung sulit ba yung 6.5k for the metrophone or dun ako sa mas murang vic firth? advice naman pls. sa mga nakasubok na nito. tnx!

after ni sir gabi alipe magturo may live sila ng evidence and then you will see John's isolation phones,..
