mali nga ata computation ko nung day na tinry ko yung amp. so for ID60 example, 19600 is the 50% price. so 20286 pala siya via straight card payment.

abang nalang ako ng cutoff so january ko pa babayaran.

Any tips how to reduce the noise?

Sa clean channel, okay naman mahina lang ang hiss pero hindi gaanong malakas ang volume sa clean kahit naka-max vol na sa clean volume at volume sa gitara

got Blackstar ID core 10 last Saturday at Lyric Cubao.Well its a good amp for below 20watts.What I really like on this amp is the clean tone when I plug my RJ (Venture series) strat.Clarity and crisp are all present.No buzz,hisses or whatsoever.The only thing that disappoints me is the power cable that is very much similar to a laptop computer.Kaasar bakit hindi na lang nirekta?

Stompbox friendly, I tested Boss Chorus and Boston HM-100, no problemo amigos.Built-in effects are quite good & kick ass.Reverb and Delay are so nice.For me Built in chorus is sooooooooooooo bitin.Distortion/OD wah ako ma-say..You can get a decent metal tone here specially when you twist it on American settings.

I dont know with multi effects kung ano responde nya kapag sinalpak na.

Meron din itong built in guitar tuner.

This is good amp for beginner and advance player.Sana sinagad na rin ng Blackstar nilagyan na rin sana ng drum machine.

Dina gumagana OD ng Blackstart HT40 ko. Nung una sa footswitch lang, pag aapakan yung pang OD ayaw, pagtatanggalin then ibabalik gumagana naman. Kahapon, hindi na gumana talaga, from footswitch man or sa panel board ng amp mismo, hindi na umiilaw yung indicator ng OD and syempre di rin nagana OD niya. Napagamit tuloy ako ng OD pedal ng wala sa oras. What might be the problem? or anyone here with same sentiments? Ano dapat gawin? I mean bago ko dalhin sa electonics expert may pwede pa ba ko gawin?

Contact many Raul. Ginawa nya kanina ht5r ko. Mas maganda pa sound ngayon kaysa nung bago. He'll explain to you the mod that he's doing to the blackstar circuit. Medyo rampant ata problems sa HT series.

I'm so disappointed with my ht5. I think months ago may post ako sa naging problem ko sa kanya. Kanina ko Lang naipayos. When we opened the amp, there is a tape under the metal casing with note "sound dead"! I Suppose my amp was bought by someone who returned it to lyric. Baka nung try nila gumana so baka binalik Lang sa lyric Cubao at doon ko nga nabili.

Maraming horror stories na ganito per mang Raul even with the other music stores. Ang Maganda lang Ay naayos nya with a simple mod Yung amp.

Lesson: di komo brand new mo binili ay sure ka na functioning ng maayos.

Malas ko Lang late ko na na discover ang problem since I use my ht5 almost exclusively with headphones. Nung Ginamit ko madalas using the internal speaker dun na na discover problem. Humina, nawala sound, at noise na lang lumalabas.

If you are having problems with your amps, particularly a blackstar amp, see someone like many Raul.

Post ko pics nung bottom plate nung amp na sinasabi ko later para makita nyo tape.

Why do we buy branded, expensive amplifiers? So we can get the sound that we want and for the peace of mind diba?

Eh sabi nila Blackstar sounds good eh. Well yeah, IF they work properly.

I used to own TWO Blackstar HT Soloist 60, of which I returned after hours of headaches and disappointment.

Never ending crackling sound
FX loop not working

I have to drive back to the store TWICE to have them replaced, and the replacement unit also failed. Imagine that!

I replaced it with a Line 6 DT Series instead.

Never had a problem ever since.

Happy guitar player here, which is the main point diba.

Got an IDCore Stereo 10 last night. So far, very satisfied with the honeymoon.

I really like the Super Crunch mode, gain on 3o'clock. Very tight sounding, even through two 3" speakers.

Modulations, delays and reverbs are a plus too. Not a fan of the ISF knob though. I wish they put in a tone knob instead para hindi lang parang "American to British" na parang presence lang yung ina-adjust.

Yep, not very excited too about the laptop type PSU. Di na nga lang na-built in siguro kasi wala na space for a power transformer.

In summary, great practice amp and bang for the buck at P5,200.00 at Lyric.

I inquired with Mang Raul. I was about to bring my amp to him BUT for some reason nag work ulit hehe.. It's kinda weird though. Kelangan kong isaksak muna yung footswitch before pa i-on yung amp para gumana. Diko pa ulit na try na isaksak yung footswitch na naka on yung amp and think I won't na, mahirap na hehe. So yun, okay naman na.
My Blackstar HT-40 sounds great with my teles... so I'm keeping it for good
