i am doing that sometimes i replace it with other OD for boost or EQ but SD1 is the best for me doesnt suck tone on my Fuzz gives a thicker and sustain note i love it !

My setup (ngayon) MXR GT OD + AMT D2 Preamp

Lagi lang akong may OD pedal. Ayos ang MXR GT OD, Pero sulit din ang Boss SD1 or TS9.

i guess there is no exact rule of thumb for that bro. depends on the user. for me, overdrive first then distortion after.

Anyone tried here a Shredhead + TS9 (or 808) as a booster? Yun kase ang balak ko sanang bilhin in the future pag nagkabudget na for buying my analog effects.

1) Usually kung gain boost, mauuna yung overdrive.
2) Kung volume boost naman, mauuna yung distortion (pero at some point, the last drive pedal in the chain dictates the overall tone output). Pwede din ng ganitong setup kung naka tube amp ka to boost the tubes for slight breakups or more gain from the amp itself.
3) Experiment.

Yup. Solid ang SH kapag may booster na lalo kung "chugchugan" ang habol mo. ganyan gamit ko dati. SH+SD1 / MXR GT OD.
