PARIS, France — The number of people across the globe suffering from high blood pressure has almost doubled over the past four decades, with the biggest rise in south Asia and Africa, researchers said Wednesday.
“High blood pressure is the leading risk factor for stroke and heart disease, and kills around 7.5 million people worldwide every year,” said lead author Professor Majid Ezzati from Imperial College in London.

Maalat ang asin. Kaya mataas ang highblood.

One of the many basic remedy is to cut out too much salt in your diet. But don't keep it too low naman. Our body still needs an acceptable amount of sodium. Nutritional balance.
Planning for a Band Rehearsal Studio business. Baka may alam kayong space for rent around QC area lang. Please PM me. Thank you.

maintain your ideal 'body mass index' or b.m.i. if you're overweight and carry too much belly fat, eating too much red meat, processed foods, a smoker, too much salt in your diet, and you don't really exercise to perspire and achieve a cardio workout, then most likely you'll be getting hypertension sooner or later.
