Mga Sirs please help naman po... ok lang po ba ang ASH Body sa Strat?... Andun Parin po ba ang tunog at lutong ng kagaya ng fender strat na alder?...andung parin po ba kaya yung crunchy, punchy na tunog?...please help po...
A lot of sunburst strats are made of ash to show off the grain. AFAIK micsis' 70's strat is ash, and I really like its tone - full of bite and very responsive.
Mga Sirs... how about this po kaya?...http://talk.philmusic.com/board/index.php/topic,170252.0.html
hey.. it's jimy james' strat.. parts palang high end na.. i haven't tried it pero i'm assuming it'll be really good..
sir alam nyu po ba yung headstock? kasi iba yung shape nung asa G&L website?...
i edited my previous reply bro.. after your question about the headstock, parang bigla ako napaisip.. sorry.. it does look different from the regular production G&Ls..
do you know what could be the headstock sir or what brand is neck could be?...
i'm not really sure.. you can try to PM jimy_james to be sure.. he's a good guy naman..
uu nga anoh... many thanks for the info... it really helped me a lot...
Sound-wise, Ash is awesome. My only problem is the weight of some Northern Hard Ash and Sen samples. I have a custom Strat with a hard ash body that's as heavy as my MIJ Les Paul Custom copy. On the other hand, I have another Strat with a Swamp Ash body, which is pretty light.
