I had an intense workout kanina in a cozy weather, just to shake off laziness..  :-D
with sweater and energy drink/ pre workout lang pala solution
and playlist of Hatebreed and War of ages
burn calories burn!  :lol:

never used any supplements pero oks ba ang pre workout drinks/concoctions?

Isa pa lang pre workout nagagamit ko e, currently using it muscletech neurocore, ok naman so far..
nakaka pump, i tried this one after taking a break on taking creatine,
para hindi mawala effectiveness ng creatine, i bought a pre workout
mas nararamdaman ko effectiveness ng pre workout pag I'm working out na kulang sa tulog or if i feel like crap..
dami ingredients ang iba ibang pre workout e, pero one of its usual content is caffeine which is also found in energy drinks..
pagkakaiba lang ng mga normal energy drinks found in stores ay yung content, mas marami sa pre workout..
some also have small amount of creatine..

I think the only supplements worth taking is creatine, pre workout, and whey.
Some are almost unnecessary.

pre workout rin will give more energy in the gym, good for weight loss training.
I noticed rin dati Monster Energy drink iniinom ko or minsan yung vitapower na drink, i only last an hour.
pero with pre workout like neurocore I can last almost 2 hours..
Siguro dahil na rin siguro I usually mix 2 scoops parang 2 servings  :lol:
pero mas nakamura ako compared sa pagbili ng monster energy drink every workout..

i may try this. kaso one hour max lang ako sa gym doing full body workouts.minsan less.

guys, para di din sobrang magbulge yung belly..improve your posture!

big help sa visual effect...sakin I have bad posture kaya parang naamplify yung itsura ng bulging belly..which is crap! arghh!

di actually sukatan ang weight tol sa fitness.

madami payat na highblood at madami matatabang malakas tumakbo at nag mma.

weight is just weight, being fit is a different thing altogether.hehe

2weeks sa gym 2kg nawala sakin ok nadin
Pangit lang tong 3rd week ko dahil 2x palang ako this week nakapag gym e 6 days a week target ko haha

Feeling ko kasi kulang pa ung ginagawa ko. Tagaktak naman pawis ko dun sa cardio hehe
ok naman yan program na yan..
iba ibang tao, iba ibang workout routine,
kung feeling mo kulang pa then extend your workout,  :)
ignore those over-training myths na sinasabi nung iba kasi nakadepende ang program regimen sa isang tao
experiment with different workout routines, and do what works best for you
but then again kung magtrain ka na mahabang session or short man,
heavy lifting but short reps, or strength training with medium weight and several reps,
diet is a big factor..you need right amount protein,calories, carbs, and fats your body needs,
whether your goal is losing weight or gaining...
for results and for fast recovery na rin...

ako din..magxmas break..so Im expecting to gain a bit.. sobrang lamig na dito kaya I decided to stop running muna..bali ngayon is eat less lang ginagawa ko..puro gulay gulay lang..71kg na ako..try ko maintain nalang to..

sabagay waste of space nga iyon
sprint sa treadmill ok un haha, pang warm up lang naman atleast 5 minutes, para mawarm ung joints and ligaments iwas injuries hehe
may mga maliliit na gym na non expensive na may ganun pero kung wala no need to go sa  mga mamahalin...
nakakakita ako ng mga ganyan sa mga sports store ang mamahal, not good for setting up a home gym,
halos presyo na ng maraming barbell, dumbbell, plates set
