Seymour ako dito. Very transparent ang pickups nila at marami variations. Tsaka nandito din mga paborito kong pups. 59, JB, Custom8, Screaming Demon, Jazz. Lalo na Sh-8 Invader!!!

haha transparent naman ah. klaro naman lahat basta ilagay mo sa tamang purpose niya.

I heard people do convincing blues with an invader. it has a fistful of mids! although, if you want to hear how versatile it can be especially in an alder bodied guitar, install the seymour duncan triple shot. i was even surprised how clean it could sound.

i like the warm sound of the PAF Pro. I haven't tried any Seymour Duncans pero ung ibang narinig ko from other's medyo matalas ung tunog e JB ata yun e. Pero I'd like to try a similar sounding pickup to a PAF Pro para lang maiba. Any recommendations?

I just really like the way it could go from blues to metal without a hitch. Just the right mix of bass and mids, every note feels like there is weight to it yet the highs could really scream too. Drawback lang talaga niya is clean. The clean doesn't suck it's just that other pickups may be better for clean tone purpose.

I know a Single or a Single-Hum(for H-S-H 5-way switch) pickup configuration would probably 99 times/100 sound better for clean but i really don't bother when playing live. What can you guys recommend for a pickup that sounds good overdriven as well as clean?

^ +1 sa paf pro. I've tried it on neck & bridge positions and it just sounds sooo good. I was never been a fan of Duncan JB. Siguro pag nagka-les paul na ako

they say the same thing in most of the pick up demos in youtube. tone doesn't vary alone on the pickups installed. consideration must also be taken with what kind of wood the guitar is made of, what kind of metal was used with the hardwares, etc.

try em both. sa ibanez rg ko halo yung SD at DM. neck pup is a SD screamin demon, mid is a dimarzio i forgot the model, bridge is a dimarzio evo2.

The PAF pro has tons of high end and is a very open sounding pickup where the jazz is designed to be warmer and rounder. I have Dimarzio's and SD's in different guitars. There are many things besides the pickups that make a difference, such as body, neck, and fretboard woods, the amp you use, and of course the players hands.
