Hey, Philmusic Community!

After months of research, design, and programming, I'm proud to present my master piece. A must for pedal addicts!

NEW VIDEO!

-   The PB-M5-TB7 is a programmable guitar effects switcher with 7 loops connected in series from right to left. Each loop is bypassed using
TAKAMISAWA Signal Relays, ensuring clean and unaltered bypass tone.
-   The device has a switchable buffer placed after the input before the 1st loop. Use if you are using long cables to bring back some liveliness
to the guitar tone. The buffer is also true bypassed with the same relay as the other loops to ensure clean bypass tone.
-   The device also features a muting circuit that helps minimize pops when switching between loops. Since the device uses true mechanical
relays to bypass the loops, it is natural to hear audible clicks when the metal terminals make contact with each other. To avoid such noise, the
device shorts the signal to ground briefly just before switching the loops. This feature can be disabled if the user so desires.
-   The device features a trigger output for controlling various amp features such as preamp channel changes, and on board effects toggle.
-   The device also features MIDI functionality for controlling various MIDI-capable effects. The device can control 3 MIDI device, with the
ability to send 3 distinct MIDI Program Changes simultaneously or send a set of MIDI Control Change on a single device.
-   For easier device navigation or an additional feature, an external switch input is provided which can function either as an external tap to
send 3 distinct MIDI CC message or as external navigation switches to change between banks and modes.
-   Setting up the device is made easy by the provided rotary SELECT KNOB. This is a handy feature for dialing in the correct MIDI messages
specific for the various devices available in the market.
-   The device is powered through a standard 9v Center Negative supply typically used for guitar effects pedals. Minimum current draw of 250 mA.

Please watch the video and let me know your thoughts on my work!

Nice! Any chance this can be customized? Tsaka how much for one? Looks like a viable option to a Disaster Area DPC-8EZ.

Thanks

Thanks for the positive responses.

I hope to post the price by next week.

Customizations can be done, we could talk your specs if its doable. Im planning to make MIDI only devices as well.

Considering Disaster Area devices, i havent really looked at all the features they can provide, but i hope to make alternative options for their offerings. I wont be able to totally clone their work though. But the possibilities are limitless. I pefer that the client already has a specific set of functions in mind, for a custom device. Then i could work from there.

Rest assured that I would make the price as pinoy-friendly as possible. I do all the work myself, so it might not look 100% pro level, but for what it is, i think its a great alternative to currently available options.

Hope to get more feedbacks, especially the current feature set i made for the model above. Cheers!

Awesome work bro! I'll be following this. It would have been great when I was running multiple Strymon and Eventide pedals.

Howdy! I'm back, and I've been looking at the cost to build one. I'm thinking of pricing it at Php 7,500. It would come with its own 9v power supply too. What do you think?

I've got 1 more demo unit up for grabs for only 6k, as long as you are willing to make a demo/review regarding your use of the pedal. Will try to upload more videos soon.

Cheers!

Very nice! Any chance you can do a Molten Midi type controller for the Whammy 4 so I can change from setting to setting using the switches instead of the knob?
I'd rather be sharp than flat.

I'd be interested in a Molten Voltage Cycle Path O5 type of controler as well.

Would you be able to make a variant of that with midi input and output and expression pedal in? Im more into pc and ipad based guitar modelers and effects so it would be nice if that would be available as well. Will surely get one knowing that support is available locally.
