Hey everyone, hows it going? Who else here is a fan of RUSH? My dad always played their music around the house so I've been a fan of thier work for awhile now. My friend was able to get me a copy of the bands latest two-set DVD edition of "RUSH-R30," which is to celebrate their 30th anniversary and success they've had, from umvd and its an awesome DVD, due to both the footage and the high-quality of the sound and video production. It includes their 2004 Germany concert and interviews and music work they have done over the 30 yrs together. Agree!  energy and interaction is superb!!!!.... drumming? one of a kind!!!!  but I discover Rush music with their "Permanent Waves" Album, it is my all-time  fav Rush album

Hardcore Rush Fan here... Hehehe, meron palang ganitong thread. First Rush album ko ay A Show Of Hand, napansin ko agad yung magagandang basslines at fave ng utol ko yung malupit na drumming (that makes us 2 rush fans) na obsess na ako sa album na yun... naka dalawang cassette ako nung album dahil napudpod yung tape kaka play ko at pahirapan makahanap ng tape ng rush!!! buti nalang nag bukas yung tower record sa makati... punta kami ng utol ko para mag hanap ng Rush CD album, to our dismay wala... as in wala silang Rush at hindi nila kilala ang Rush but then sabi nung isang tao dun na pwede daw namin i-order yung Rush na sinasabi namin... so we exchanged numbers (land line opkors) at tatawagan nila ako... after a month dumating na daw yung mga Album... punta agad kami ng tower then lo and behold Rush Albums, kuminang mga mata ko sa mga nakita ko.... lahat ng album na available binili ko on the spot! 2112, Farewell to Kings, Caress of Steel, Fly by night, GUP, roll the bones at hemisphere (immsmr) after nun dami na nadagdag na mga available nila na rush albums... Lahat ng kanta nila fave ko pero special sa akin yung kanta nila na Mission, Bravado at Entre Nous...
