Who's Franco?

The band consists of:
-Gabby & John of Urbandub on guitars & drums
-8 Toleran of Quezo on guitars
-Buwi of Parokya ni Edgar on bass
-Franco Reyes of Inyo on guitars & vocals

I love this band!:-) If you haven't heard them yet, here are a few of their songs:

Album's not out yet but they already finished recording all the tracks from what I heard, so album will be out this year most likely. Can't wait to grab my copy. :-D

I think Frank talaga ata original name ng band niya (may nakikita din ako minsan sa Youtube InYo name nila) and sa NU din ang pag-introduce sa kanila Frank din. Si Franco Reyes din ang lead vox & guitars, di ko kilala yung ibang members nya. Yup, astig nga mga songs nitong banda na to. Galing ata silang Cebu tapos naag-punta ng US si Franco Reyes then bumalik ng Pinas (not sure about this ha). Nakakuha ako ng mp3's dun sa multiply site ni Gabby Alipe.

Pinakapaborito ko yung Castaway & NU107's currently playing Song for the suspect.

wow first time I heard them, it was awesome! galing, parang may touch ng urbandub/reggae but you can already distinguish their music.. sana may album na sila 8-)

is this the same frank who had some radio airplay in the mid-'90s with his (or their) song from the JAG Rock Bivouac? nalimutan ko lang ang title...

anyway, this is how pinoy rock supergroups should sound like...  :-D  good job, guys!

yung INYO yung gamit na bandname ni franco reyes sa states. nagplano mgtour si franco dito nung umuwi sa pinas together wid cebuano frens like gabby, janjan, buwi and eight and called themselves suspitiados pero nung live gigs iniintroduce pa din shang franco.. .yan ang aking pagkakaalam.. .pero im not 100% sure wid that feel free to correct the info mga sers.. . :-D

Not sure as well bro but they were introduced as "Franco" when I saw them at the UP fair.

The same guy.. his band that time was FRANK!, He went to the US to venture and also continued to make music on his own and eventually with his US band INYO (the songs Song for the Suspect, Touch The sky are INYO music).

Totoong parang me touch ng dub ang music niya.. It's because Franco Reyes IS one of Gabby Alipe's heroes in the local ground scene here in Cebu. So, it's the other way around --- Dub is somehow influenced by Frank!.

Frequent yung uwi niya sa Pinas and laging me tugtugan pag umuuwi siya... Yan lagi sila mga kasama niya when he has gigs in Manila at pagdating naman dito sa Cebu, balik FRANK! na naman.

I hope that clarifies things.  :-D

Franco is the founder of FRANK band from CEBU.

I even have a 3 song demo copy of this band (frank).

si Franco Reyes, alam ko dati, barkada sya nung barkada ko na taga TALISAY CEBU (Arnel *ASTARUS* - left handed guitarist)na naging gitarista namin (DEATH METAL) nung nasa cebu pa ako at naging gitarista pa nga ata ni Franco sa banda n'yang FRANK sa CEBU, sayang nga at di ako naka jam kahit sa inoman lang! correct me if im wrong, ang pagkakaalam ko Alice in chains ang gusto nilang tugtugan dati at napakaHUMBLE daw n'tong taong to! payter kaayo imong mga kanta do!

I myself don’t listen some of "mainstream" bands/artist, but it doesn’t mean that I hate them. As a matter of fact, I respect them.
There is some music that I really don’t like (emo/screamo), but then again I don’t hate them, I simply don’t like them.
