paypal questions:

1.  do you need a credit card to receive payment through paypal? if not please specify the which bank you use and how to go about the application when paypal asks for a credit card number.

2.  what is the maximum waithdrawal per month?

paypal answers:

1.not necessarily you must have a credit card,unionbank eon cyber account is what I use.Paypal specifies it as debit or credit card.

2.can't remember.Visit paypal na lang.

3.Ok naman ang paypal,secure sya.downside is a little high transaction fees but it's ok naman for it's security.
