I finally found what's best height for me. Parallel lang talaga yung thighs ko sa ground. Not higher/lower.
And I think I'm developing more thigh muscles which is important for producing very solid strokes because I'm being forced to use thigh muscle when sitting at a normal height.
Compared to high sitters, I guess ankle/front leg muscles are more focused to develop.
At tska mahiyain ako, ayoko ng kitang kita ako sa kit ko.
