Devan Merck was devastated after finding out she had no vagina when she was just 12-years-old.
Devan was diagnosed with Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser syndrome, which is when a woman has a malformed uterus and no cervix.
Surgeons had to create a custom vagina using skin taken from her bum, which then allowed her to have sex and not fret about having no vagina.
Devan and her husband, Trent, who are from Georgia, are now in the process of creating a family with the help of a surrogate.
She explained: "I am no different - instead of having a fully functioning vagina. I have a man-made vagina.
