@ts
hindi kailangan na irecord sabay sabay lahat ng instrument ha, just in case you didn't know. otherwise, live track nga tawag dun, as mentioned earlier.
loaded kase question mo ts kaya di talaga alam ng mga reader kung pano sagutin question mo. google mo muna individually, how to record bass... how to record guitar etc etc.
ano ba first concern? hardware o yung process ng pag record?
hardware? short answer is: computer first. audio interface second. latency only becomes an issue when your vst plugins start weighing down on your processor. if you do not use/monitor with live vst effects, you're most likely ok.
the pink jack on your laptop is mic level. do not enter. lol.
the blue jack is line level, pero inexpensive consumer sound cards have quality control issues --- very possible na may DC bias yan (bad).
software? long time user ako ng cool edit and adobe audition... reaper is much much better. also get asio4all.
recording process ba? create a click track. not familiar? google. then record just the drummer playing along the click track. then record just the bassist. then record guitar. then record vocalist. add effects to tracks when needed. mixdown. master. google pa more.
in short, google x infinity. hahaha jk.
good luck, masaya yan
