NEED HELP! Jailbroken iPod 4G - White Icon

Hi! I need help fixing my jailbroken iPod 4.2.1. Everytime I install new apps then reboot my device, its icon turns white. I tried fixing it using REDSNOW but still the same. PLEASE HELP!
