hmmm.... it happens to me when i'm so focused on the song na. tipong nawawala na yung isip ko sa mundo natin. hehehe. tapos bigla na lang bumagsak ka ulit sa reality na nahulog na pala sticks mo.  i would recommend having your stick bag hanged in the floor tom for your right hand and another stick holder under the hats for your left hand.

Dropping sticks is normal. The most important thing is maintaining your composure so you can recover quickly. Put your stick behind you. Parang nakatali sa throne mo. That way pag nahulugan ka ng stick makakadukot ka na para lang dumudukot ng wallet.

normal lang un lalo na sa mga medyo naka inom. nangyari na sakin. eh wala pa ako dala extra nun.. kaya ayun tumayo pa ako kasi ang layo ng tinalsikan ng stick. hehe. kaya ngayon lagi na ako may dalang extra naka sabit ung drumstick bag sa gilid. or ung sticks pinapatong ko sa bass drum.

I've dropped and broken my sticks more than a thousand times already during a gig... It's very helpful if you can hang your stick bag on the floor tom. Para at least natural yung pag grab ng extra stick. I also used to keep my backpack standing on my left side. beside the hi-hat stand. An extra stick peeps out of the zipper.

Then I got the Pro-Mark Stick Depot last Christmas...



You can clip it to any stand.Mas madali na ngayon kumuha ng extra stick for my left hand.


I also have the Gibraltar 9608VA. It's a throne with velcro attachment at the back. You can hang a towel, drink holder, and sticks too! Pero i don't hang my sticks at the throne kasi hindi natural sa akin yung pagkuha ng extra stick sa likod.

wehehehe speaking of the 

meron ako made from 2 short pvc pipes tapos yung clamp na ginamit ko galing sa ace hardware. madali lang gawin, dikit mo lang ng epoxy yung pipes sa clamp. it aint pretty but it sure does the job well.

may nakita naman ako sa isa sa mga forums or basta sa isang site na ang ginamit naman nya ay ung lalagyan ng pringles tapos nilagyan nya lang ng clip tapos may foam dun sa ilalim. he he he...

instead of using epoxy you can drill a hole on the PVC pipe and bolt on a clip. yung malaki parang pang clip board para pwede i rotate yung PVC... Ganun yung sa stick depot...

k lang mahulugan ng sticks basta may spare... lahat ng tips dito ayus... kanya kanyang style lang sa pag bawi kapag nahulugan... kahit mga pros tao din lang hehehe... kung napanood nyo yung live scenes in ny tska live in budokan ng dt si portnoy natatalsikan din ng sticks astig sya hindi nya ineedit yung mga ganun...
