MTE guitarist here, former electronics in charge of JBmusic Fview, North Edsa, Salonga music, acct executive of JB music(Dealers Operation dept "head office") work with them for 4 years,  NOW a tenured "Customer Interaction Agent" of T---S "earns more that i use too with JB"!!! hehehe!! :-D :-D

LOVE working with music stores but the compensation really hurts!! sana magising ung mga management ng mga malalaking companies na ito na pamilyado and mga employees nla and need to support them sa barya2 nilang payroll tapos pag may nagkulang sa inventory pag dududahan pa nila na ang mga staff nila ay MAGNANAKAW!!!!  pati ang mga kawawang staff pag babayarin nila kahit puro OT without pay!!! :x

what a BS!! diba??  :x :x this is not to scare people in working in a music store but choose the company that you would work with. PEACE OUT!! :mrgreen:
