Ay...  In-underline ko tong part na to, "si Noel Gallagher din..meron syang guitarang niregalo ni Paul Weller", hindi kinagat kanina.  hahaha!

Anyway, I was referring to Noel's guitar na galing kay Paul Weller?  Baka sa iba galing yung Tele na sinasabi ko.  May nabasa ako somewhere dati about it e.  Can't remember lang kung saan.  May photo doon nung Tele na regalo daw kay Noel ng isang sikat na tao, hindi ko mawari kung ano yung bridge.  Medyo madilim kasi e.  Hehehe...

2. Those forum regulars who make a point of adding their viewpoints to threads about instrument maintenance are probably more perfectionistic about these practices than those of us who don't usually contribute.


So you've got a self-selected group that's been self-selected twice, first to even participate at all here, and then again when it comes to discussing that particular topic.

eto fact..

mas takaw dent-ding mga gitarang masyadong binababy...

meron akong guitar dito..squier lang..and beat her up daily..kaskasan..tinatapat ko pa sa araw yung neck para maging mas dilaw..di ko nililinis..lagi kong kinakalikot.. , pinagkalas kalas..travelled via courier..nag fret dress ako na bara bara..ilang beses na nabagsak at nahulog pero halos wala siyang nakukuhang DING-DENT..

pero yung isang guitara na ingat na ingat ka at sobrang OC na wag madale..ayun..2 araw lang pagkabili..tinamaan na siya..

hahahaha..this is soo freaking true....happened again....seems I have this weird new guitar curse--or perhaps "Serendipity" ...though learned something new...Offsets and A frame stands dont mix...hahaha

Sometimes I think these guitars are alive...and they speak to you in a myriad of ways..

dont feel that bad though.. a bit pissed..but hey.. at least thats over with...


UPDATE on the first one:

I dont see it anymore..and last time I played with "him"..and brought him to jam with my friends..I enjoyed it more..it felt nice..liberating as I can just pop in into a gig bag and dump it in the trunk with the rest of my gear..hahaha..

First ding' happened when i set up my fender am.. tinangal ko ung bridge mag papalet ako ng spring ayun pag angat ko nalaglag sa body .. hahahaha..  benta ko na kaya... pero teka lahat namannag dadaan sa mga ding's and scratches eh.. kaya  :)ok lang.. wag lang ibang yao baka masuntok ko..

I don't sweat about it.. It's all small stuff. I play my guitar and enjoy it for what it is.

Speaking from a guitarist's point of view with low purchasing capabilities, it hurts especially matagal mong pinagipunan, kahit high end or "RAON Edition" pa yan.

But as they say, the dings, dents and scratches give the feel of camaraderie between the guitar and the guitar player.
