half rice lang po sir tapos after 4 pm wala ng ibang intake na food

based on my experience, Cardio ang pinaka mabilis and effective na paraan to loose weight! kahit anung gawing mong diet kung di ka nag ka cardio walang mangyayari sayo..

i've loose 11kilos jan2 lang ako nag start 86kilos ako nun then nag start ako mag basketball, jogging every morning then bawas ng kain 1 cup of rice lang every lunch iwas sa red meat isda lang and chicken ang meat na kinakain ko then gulay, tas sa gabi fruits lang

ayun feb 24 75kilos na lang ako ngayon maintain na lang =)

gawin mo na rule na lahat na kakainin mo ililista mo. ilista mo yung gaano karami, anong oras mo kinain. as in lahat. tatamarin ka kumain ng mga chichirya. kadalsan yun yung malakas magpataba. at siyempre, tama, cardio!

ANY strenuous exercise that lasts 45 - 60 minutes will do the job, but longer exercising is better.
minimize carbo intake :P
and STICK TO IT  :-)

exercise everyday bro. remember, losing weight doesn't mean starving yourself to death. yeah you will lose weight if hindi ka kakain pero you will lose weight in a bad way. calculate your calories kasi AFAIK calories=pounds. also, jog every morning kasi jogging is one of the best ways to lose weight. iwas din sa junk food especially soft drinks.

i started last year, mid-June. as of now, total of 25lbs palang. i still have 20 to go, kung ibe-base ko sa weight for height ko.
e bakit halos mag-iisang taon na e 25lbs lang? naniniwala kasi ako na mas gradual ang loss, mas hindi bumabalik yung nawalang weight. recently nga lang ako nakapagpa-adjust ng mga clothes ko e, para more or less (more :D) na hindi na babalik, at mas madali i-maintain. so eto mga ginawa ko.

sa food:
nililista ang kinakain
from one cup to half cup rice (June to September)
from half to one fourth rice (Sept last yr till now)
more servings ng veggie (dapat everyday)
alternate ang fish/pork/chicken/beef
once a day lang ang kain ng rice, either morning or lunch, no dinner. skyflakes at most.
drink water kapag nagccrave ng something
kapag feeling maraming fat/cholesterol ang nakain ko e nagttake ako ng slimming tea sa gabi.
2-3 cheat days a month (cheat meaning naka-1cup ako ng rice plus kahit anong viand at dessert)

sa fitness routine:
1-1.5hrs ng jogging (t/th)
1-1.5hrs speedwalking with dumbells (w/f)
leisurely badminton or swimming on weekends

so far namamaintain ko naman ngayon.
though problem area ko parin ang puson. at major major problem ko ang skin sagging.
sabi kasi kulang daw, kelangan ko pa maglift ng weights..
gusto ko rin pala ng abs. hehehe.

ps. malaking factor rin sa motivation ang break-up. hehehe.

nung mga panahong yan hindi ko iniisip na mahirap or kawawa naman ako, kasi alam kong in the end ako rin ang magrreap ng benefits. btw girlaloo po ako.  :-D
